Terms of Service
1. Permitted & Prohibited Items
WE HAUL: General trash, furniture, construction debris, organic waste, and appliances.
WE DO NOT HAUL: Hazardous materials, asbestos, biological waste, fuel, paint (unless dried), or batteries. If these items are found hidden in a load, the Client is responsible for all remediation fees and fines.
2. Access & Safety
The Client must ensure a clear path to the items. Junk Gone Fast reserves the right to decline service if the site is deemed unsafe for our crew (e.g., structural instability, loose animals, biohazards).
3. Payment Terms
Residential: Payment is due upon completion of the job.
Commercial (Net-30): Approved partners must settle invoices within 30 days. Late payments will incur a 5% monthly fee. Unpaid invoices after 90 days may result in a lien against the serviced property.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution, Junk Gone Fast is not liable for minor scuffs or scratches to flooring/walls that occur during the removal of heavy/bulky items from tight spaces. Clients requesting removal of such items assume this risk.
